…and with the World Championships finished, that’s

…and with the World Championships finished, that’s a wrap on 1768’s official 2026 season!!! 🎉

We competed on the Galileo field this past week and after some challenging quals matches, we ended up placing fifth on our field!! 💪
In the elimination bracket, we were captain of the fourth alliance, and were joined by our incredible alliance of @onyxtronix2231 @teamgoldenhorn and @chickenbotpie who made the playoffs such a fun experience. Although we had a bit of a difficult time in elims, we are so glad to have been able to play alongside these fantastic teams.
We also are so honored and proud to have walked away with the autonomous award!!!

We’re walking away from this amazing weekend with two blue banners as alliance captains, the Quality Award, 1st place in the Burns Division, the New England district high score, and a ticket to Houston!

HUGE thank you and shoutout to our incredible dream-team alliance, @frc5687, @neiarobotics, and @8724_mayhem_robotics for being so wonderful to play with. You made this run unforgettable, and we couldn’t have done it without you. So proud we got to share this win together 💙

Repeat 3-peat!!! (Second competition in a row that we’ve won three consecutive years)

After completely rebuilding our robot, the WPI district event gave us the opportunity to test it out and find all of the glitches. We ended quals in fourth and were selected by @frc3467 to be on the first alliance with them. We were joined by @2262robopanthers and @frc8567 and after some great elims, we ended up winning the competition! 🎉

We also were very honored to have won the innovation in control award for the second time this year. 😊

What a great competition!!! We ended the qualification matches in first place and, with our amazing alliance, we walked away with our first blue banner of the season! 💙🎉
We also won the Innovation in Control Award, well deserved recognition for our control team.

We had a blast at the week 1 Minuteman Event!
After quals we finished 4th and teamed up with @team4909 and @team1735 in playoffs, making it to the finals! 🎉
We also received the Excellence in Engineering Award.

Of course it wouldn’t have been a real competition without a little chaos. Our intake broke multiple times and our QR scout decided to stop cooperating 😅 But, thanks to everyone on the team, we kept running smoothly. Huge thanks to @pupcups1119 and @team3182 for scouting with us, and to our amazing alliance partners for an incredible run.

We’ve been hard at work to get ready for Week 1! The final fabrication and assembly of the shooter will be this weekend, take a peek at the picture above to see the great work that that CAD and fabrication crew have been doing.
