Fundraising

In addition to the generous monetary support we receive from our corporate and individual sponsors, we run fundraisers throughout the year to engage the community for help with meeting our build and competition season expenses. While some of our expenses are predictable, most are not, and throughout the year might include costs, such as:

• raw materials for our own fabrication of parts to be used in our robot design
• manufactured parts purchased to be used in our robot design
• registration fees to participate in our competition events
• maintenance of our 2016 robot for sponsor and community outreach
• construction materials and supplies enabling us to develop or purchase our own field elements for game practice

We hope that you will help us reach our financial goals throughout the season by watching for announcements of our fundraising events and participating in those that interest you.
